AUTO IRHD TESTER
The international hardness test is based on measurement of the penetration of a rigid ball into the rubber specimen. The hardness is obtained by the difference in penetration depth of a specified dimension ball under conditions of contact with a minor force and with a major force. The differential penetration is taken at a specified time and converted to a hardness scale value. It’s performed according to ASTM D1415, KS M ISO 48 and ISO 48.The Vluchem’s IRHD-Micro is a fully automatic instrument which is far from operator’s influences and rubber material, polymer such as o-ring, oil seal and various molded final goods.

Mooney Viscometer
The Vluchem’s Mooney Viscometer (MV-10) which measures the Mooney viscosity is defined as the shearing torque resisting rotation of a rotor embedded in rubber within a cylindrical cavity. At the end of a Mooney viscosity test, the rotation of the rotor is suddenly stopped and the rate of decrease of torque is monitored as a function of time. This is called stress relaxation. Characteristics of uncompounded or compounded rubbers and measured according to ASTM D 1646, ISO 289, KS M ISO 289-1, 2 and 4. The Vluchem’s sample cutter for MDR, and Mooney Viscometer instrument is made for safe and simple with volumetric sample cutter. This sample cutter pneumatic system allows for the preparation of uncured rubber specimens of a user-designated volume.

Viscometer instrument is made for safe and simple
with volumetric sample cutter. This sample cutter
pneumatic system allows for the preparation of
uncured rubber specimens of a user-designated
volume. This sample cutter can figured for tensile
test such as dumbbell type, Mooney Viscometer
and rotorless rheometer which is called
Moving Die Rheometer.
